About the Owners - Don and Ann Ninness purchased the B & B about three years ago with the goal of providing a memorable experience for each and every guest. They’ve accomplished this by providing a “getaway” environment coupled with first class service.  They have another property (currently for sale) about 5 minutes from the Bed and Breakfast.  This property is also available for short term rental (until it sells).  To see this property, download the property flier here.

About the Inn - The Speedway Bed & Breakfast is the largest house in the town of Speedway – and provides a “home-away from home” for visitors to Indianapolis and the “race town” of Speedway. A historic piece of the world-renowned community, the house was originally built in 1905 on 900 acres of land. Throughout the years, much of the land around the home was sold-- and the town of Speedway built up surrounding the white plantation style estate. For over 8 years now, the property has been a bed and breakfast – – serving as a secluded retreat for guests and travelers.

Rates: Room rates range from $75.00 to $175.00.  Rates do not include taxes or any additional fees which may apply.  Rates subject to change.

Main Level
The Getaway Suite and Reading Room - $175.00
(queen canopy bed, 2 person jacuzzi, adjoining room with daybed, shower and antiques)

Or rent the rooms separately (The Getaway $115.00) (The Library $75.00)

Second Level
The Vintage Room (King bed or twin beds – private bath) - $95.00

The Trackside Room (queen bed – private shower)
Andrew’s Room (day bed or twins – bath is outside room)

Third Level
The Hideaway Attic Suite - $115.00 (perfect for family or girls night out)
(California king bed and two twin beds with pop-ups)

THE GATHERING ROOM - is available for board retreats, meetings, wedding/bridal showers and occasions. Ask for a quote based on room availability.

THE ENTIRE SPEEDWAY BED & BREAKFAST - $1,500 for two nights includes use of the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, gathering room and overnight sleeping for 12 – 14 people. Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 1:00 pm.

About the Food – Whether you’re looking for the big “down home” country breakfast with biscuits/gravy, sausage, hash browns, bacon, coffee, juice and fruit – or a basic gourmet delight such as eggs benedict and scones, you won’t leave the table hungry. Breakfasts are made to order daily along with special evening desserts and special occasion meals.
